Keeping Derby Safe and Sound Campaign

Safe and Sound Derby launched their new 'Keeping Derby Safe and Sound' fundraising campaign with backing from The High Sheriff of Derbyshire Mrs. Fiona Cannon JP. DL, local businesses and other high profile public figures on Friday 14th January. The charity, which is dependent on grants and donations to survive faces threats to its services due to the current economic climate.

Fiona Cannon has agreed to be patron of Safe and Sound Derby's 'Keeping Derby Safe and Sound’ campaign. Fiona pledged her support saying ’’After visiting the project and learning about it, I understand how vitally important it is for the safety of children and young people in the city’’.
